Deirdre Woods has been working with women for almost 10 years specialising in the area of female reproductive health from fertility issues, pregnancy, post natal health and menopause.
She has a BSc in Nursing and as a Registered General Nurse brings her western medicine knowledge together with her eastern medicine training to offer a complete holistic understanding and treatment to female health.
She studied with The Acupuncture Foundation Institute in Acupuncture and spent time in China working in an acute hospital setting treating ailments from insomnia to stroke rehabilitation.
Since then she has completed post graduate training with leading fertility and obstetric specialists such as Debra Betts, Jani White and Sarah Budd.
Deirdre has a close understanding of the importance of maintaining optimum health in pregnancy for the benefit of both mother and baby.
