I am based in both Blackrock, Co Dublin and in Tinahely Co Wicklow. I have a special interest in supporting women’s health, fertility, ART and pregnancy. I work together with couples on their journey from trying to conceive, to pregnancy and post-partum. I am a fully trained herbalist, Pilates, Yoga and Tai Chi instructor and Fertile body Method practitioner. I use many of these supports to compliment aspects of treatment and often recommend exercises to help integrate a full mind-body approach to fertility and healing.
I have furthered my studies in this area including a post graduate diploma course in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with London based medical consultant Dr Trevor Wing and an advanced level diploma in fertility with UK fertility specialist Naava Carmen. I have completed several post graduate training courses with leading experts in gynaecology, fertility both male and female and obstetrics such as Debra Betts, Sarah Budd, Jane Lyttleton and Jani White. I treat many complex conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, PID, unexplained fertility, male fertility and much more.
I am registered with the Acupuncture Council of Ireland and the Irish Register of Chinese Medical Herbalism.
